Creating a multi-step webform/decision tree

Have more questions? Submit a request

Webforms are used to capture and collate information digitally. They provide a better user experience and are more accessible than a PDF form. Webforms can include checkboxes, radio buttons and text fields as well as confirmation that the form has been sent and received.

Multi-step webforms/decision trees require more complex configuration than standard webforms. To have a decision tree webform created, complete the New feature request form and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you.
