To download webform submissions in Drupal Content Management System (CMS), follow the below steps:
- Navigate to your webform via the Structure > Webforms > Forms menu
- Start typing the name of your webform and select it from the drop down
- Click the Download tab (under Results)
- Scroll down to Download options and select Created Date to choose your download window (for example if you are downloading the report daily, you do not need to keep downloading the old submissions)
- Click the Download button
Note: as this may be PII (Personally Identifiable Information), you are advised not to email around the download files, but rather share a private/secure link to prevent any privacy risks.
Remember: Webform submissions must not be stored in the CMS and will be deleted after a period of time. To prevent loss of your submissions you are encouraged to integrate your webforms with external platforms.
