Features of a Help Hub account

When you request for access to the nsw.gov.au Content Management System (CMS) you also receive a Help Hub account. Having a Help Hub account offers you many benefits.

With a Help Hub account, you can:

  • set up a profile with your up-to-date contact information
  • submit requests without needing to provide your email address
  • view and track requests you submitted, and/or are cc'ed in
  • interact with our Government Technology Platforms team any time you need on your requests
  • sign in and view exclusive articles
  • set up notifications for CMS updates.

If you do not have a Help Hub account yet, submit a request for a Help Hub account.

If you already have a Help Hub account, you can set up your profile. You can also 'Follow' nsw.gov.au Release notes to be sent an email every time there is an update to the CMS.
