In the Help Hub, you can access your profile to view and update your information and settings. You can also view your recent activity including tickets you are CC'ed on and the articles you are following on the Help Hub.

How to access your Help Hub profile
To access your Help Hub profile, the sign-in icon can be found on the top right-hand side of the Help Hub homepage. After you click Sign in, you will be signed in using the Single Sign-On Application (OKTA). Read about Single Sign-On (OKTA) in the Logging in to the Help Hub article.
Once signed in, you will need to click the 'person' icon and then My Profile to access your settings.
How to edit your profile photo and personal details
To edit your profile photo, you will need to click Edit Profile.
This section will give you options to update your profile photo as well as some optional fields. Please see the optional fields descriptions below the image to decide whether they are relevant to you and your profile.
About your user profile details
| Profile data | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Your real name. If you don't define an alias (see below), the name is used on all communications. |
| Alias | Alternative name to use on all communications instead of your real name. Leave this field blank if you want to use your real name on your communications. |
| Email Address | Email addresses associated with your profile. The first email address is your primary email address and the only address that receives email notifications. |
| Phone | Phone numbers associated with the profile. |
| Description | Additional notes you'd like to add to your profile. |
Information available in My Activities
The My Activities section gives you an overview of the tickets you are working on or CC'ed in.
