Viewing support requests in Help Hub

To view your requests in Help Hub, the sign-in icon can be found on the top right-hand side of the Help Hub homepage. Once you click on 'Sign in', you will be signed in using the Single Sign-On Application (OKTA). Read about Single Sign-On (OKTA).

Once you are signed in, you will be able to view your tickets by clicking the 'person' icon on the top right-hand side, and then clicking My Activities.

In the My Activities section you will be able to view your tickets and order them based on Created date, Updated date and Status. You can also view tickets you are CC'ed on.

To request a Help Hub account, fill out the Access to nsw.gov.au platforms form.
