As an approved user of nsw.gov.au systems, there are a number of policies and obligations that need to be adhered to. These policies have been created to:

  • define the rules and guidelines for using nsw.gov.au systems
  • explain acceptable and unacceptable behavior when using nsw.gov.au systems
  • protect sensitive information that has been entered into the systems.

Before you are granted access to any nsw.gov.au systems, you will need to carefully read the policies and agree to them. 

Approved users

An approved user is an employee, contractor, consultant, temporary staff, graduate, or vendor who is engaged by the Government Technology Platforms team, contracted third party service provider or any other authorised individuals accessing nsw.gov.au systems, networks and/or information during the course of their business activities.
