When accessing the nsw.gov.au training environment, you may run into an 'Access denied' error.
If you are receiving this error, you will need to raise a ticket with ServiceNOW or your ICT team to add an allow to Basic Auth.
Before you raise the request, follow these steps so your ICT team know what they need to do.
- Open your Chrome browser window/tab.

Type in chrome://policy on the URL bar, and hit Enter on your keyboard.

Check the AuthSchemes Policy and if basic is missing, take a screenshot and send it to your ICT team.

Once the ticket is resolved, repeat steps 1-2 and confirm basic is there.
- If basic shows up, attempt to access the training environment again.
