Features of the nsw.gov.au Learning Hub
If you would like to know about the key features of the nsw.gov.au Learning Hub, follow the steps below:
- Log into the nsw.gov.au Learning Hub.
You will not require a username and password to login. You will be automatically signed in by Single Sign-On (SSO). - Once logged in, you will land on the nsw.gov.au Learning Hub homepage.
Homepage features
There are 4 main tiles on the homepage:

- CMS Level 1 foundations online training: online training for CMS access.
- Drop-in Q&A sessions: weekly session dates with a trainer for learner support.
- Learning hub catalogue: access to online resources
- Access to Learning Hub knowledge articles here in Help Hub.
My Recent Enrolments: Any online training enrolments will appear in the My Recent Enrolments tile.
My Upcoming Sessions: Upcoming Drop-in session registrations will appear in the My Upcoming Sessions tile
Click View all upcoming sessions for a complete list of all the sessions you registered for.
Menu bar tabs
The My Learning tab will take you to your learning dashboard.
Your learning dashboard contains information about your training history, enrolments and upcoming sessions.
The Calendar tab will take you to an overview of all sessions on the Learning Hub.
You are able to filter the calendar according to:
- Session type
- Registration status
- Location
You can also flick through other dates by month, week or day.
Top-right header buttons
Access the Catalogue to explore the different courses, sessions and resources available on the Learning Hub.
Search the catalogue library by using the search engine.
You can also filter the library according to content type:
- Online learning
- Instructor-led workshops
- Videos
- Pages
- Resources
- Learning Programs
Notifications (bell icon) will display any messages or notifications you receive from Learning Hub. You will also receive an email for these.
To log out of the Learning Hub, go to your profile menu and select Logout.
