Consider these steps before proceeding with a password reset

A password reset can help you regain access to the system. Before proceeding with resetting your password, the following suggestions may help resolve your login issue.

Verify your credentials

Ensure accuracy when entering your username and password. The username is your work email address. Pay close attention to potential typos or capitalisation errors. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.

Clear browser cache and cookies
Stored cache or cookies can sometimes disrupt the login process. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again. You can typically find this option in your browser's settings menu.
Try another web browser
Occasionally, issues may be specific to your browser. If logging in remains unsuccessful, attempt to access your account using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
