Microsoft is updating the structure of Power Automate flow URLs. If your webform uses an outdated URL, it may stop functioning after 30 November, 2025. To ensure uninterrupted service, all affected webforms must be updated with the new URL format before this deadline.
Updating the URL
- Open Power Automate and log in using your work credentials.
- Locate the flow associated with your webform.
- Open the flow and click on the trigger (usually titled 'When an HTTP request is received'). Copy the new HTTP URL displayed in the trigger settings.
- Open the webform in the CMS. Navigate to Settings > Email Handlers and click Edit on the 'Locking remote post' handler.
- Replace the old Power Automate URL with the new one

Save and publish the changes.
If the webform is no longer in use, remove the remote handler from the form.
