Please outline the improvements you would like to see made in Zendesk. Include the benefit/s these improvements will bring to your experience.

Please explain the use case for your Zendesk account. For example, do you need to respond to customers and assign tickets within your team? Do you need the ability to add notes in tickets? We need this information to determine your license type.
