To enhance security, we block access to all users of nsw.gov.au platforms if they no longer have access to their designated email accounts. This is applicable to email addresses that do not belong to DFSI domains.
Reminder Email
If you are an agency partner with an email domain that is not part of the DFSI exempted domains, you will be sent an email. It will ask you to validate your email address. This happens after 60 days since your last email validation.
The email will instruct you to log in to your Okta account within the next 5 business days to validate your email address. Once you log in to your account, the email revalidation process will be completed, and you will not receive another email revalidation request for the next 60 days.
If you do not log in to your Okta account within the specified time after receiving the email revalidation request, your access to all nsw.gov.au applications may be revoked 5 days later.
A sample of the reminder email is shown below.
Subject: DCU Okta: email revalidation is required
