The sub-navigation links variant can only be used on landing pages in an edge-to-edge section.


 

Adding a sub-navigation link on a landing page

You can add this on a landing page by by selecting Links under the list of content blocks. Then choose Sub-navigation as the variant.

  • Heading is mandatory.
  • Type determines the level of the heading.
    • When using Heading 2 for Type, you can check the Excluded from in-page navigation checkbox to hide the H2 heading from the in-page navigation.

  • Alternative to side-navigation.
  • On mobile, stacks to display as a drop-down menu.
  • Has a default grey background.
  • Build the block with a combination of content pages or managed links.
  • If the block is to be used across multiple pages, consider creating a reusable content block in the Content block library.
